The very nice staff of this hotel had a 6 hr early check-in, which comes with a cost of only $25. The breakfast was okay and packed with people, normal Residence Inn items. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. Convenient location to things in the River North and Downtown. Important note is the lobby is on the 2nd floor, not when you walk in from the street.
Stayed here recently for a Chicago weekend we planned. Parking was not a problem, and the location was perfect. Close to a lot of different restaurants/bars, museums and such. The room was nice and clean, spacious, and comfortable, no complaints. The bar was very nice, we had great service, and it was perfect for a late night snack and beverage after a concert. Breakfast was decent. This will be the place we want to stay when we're in downtown Chicago.
Great hotel and location. Clean. Ariana checked us in and was so welcoming, happy, and warm. She gave us a great recommendation for good food in the area. Awesome customer service!
For the price we loved this place & our room. The room itself was great. Very nice front desk & downstairs bag check. Bring your own waters (there expensive here). Please clean your windows!
