We booked this hotel for a softball tournament and our experience was extremely disappointing. We originally reserved from Friday through Sunday but added Thursday. The first room we were given had no working AC. Maintenance came up, but due to a language barrier we weren’t able to explain the issue, and we were eventually moved to another room. I got a room for my daughter and I, and my close family friend had another room with her and her daughter. Had one issue at check in with pricing. Online price was reasonable, but there was an insane amount of tax and fees over $50. Like the room was total supposed to be around $160 but it was coming to over $210.
