1 star Absolutely unacceptable experience. I prepaid $3,905.28 through the Revolut app for a 19-day stay at Residence Inn Boca Raton. When I arrived, the hotel staff told me I only owed $1,770—which I paid on the spot. I asked multiple times if that was correct, and they confirmed it. Then, more than a week later, I was told I owed an additional $1,200+ without taxes.
