I am extremely disappointed with this hotel’s lack of transparency and poor handling of my bill. I was charged a $20-per-day destination fee for four days, but no one explained what the fee included. Because I was not informed, I was unable to use any of the supposed benefits. When I raised the issue, the front desk agreed to refund the full $80. As titanium status members, upon arrival everything went smoothly. We appreciated the upgrade, we received points as our gift. But it stopped right there. A 5 night stay resulted in ONE room "refresh" and countless requests from the front desk to please have our room cleaned before 5pm. The single time they "refreshed" our room was at 4:30pm as we just got back from a full day of activities and wanted to rest before dinner. I was given many empty unfulfilled promises. I stayed here for a business function July 27-30. The hotel, itself, was slightly above average but the scenery was beautiful. There is plenty of free parking. I was surprised how small the Big Sky town actually is...basically a couple of short streets of restaurants, shops, ski rentals, grocery markets and real estate businesses. Everything seems really new. The hotel has an outdoor pool and hot tub, basement arcade and gym, lobby bar, sitting areas and restaurant (Block 3).
