If your an Ambassador, skip this location..it's definitely not what is expected at a Residence Inn! Services = Subpar at best Staff = Not friendly or welcoming Parking fee 12$ for a general parking lot = no reason to charge, and it was a hidden fee ==look at details in charges details..it's listed below room charges in a different section. Rooms are not that clean with dirty dishes! Towels are old. This place lacks proper management of personnel and amenities! 2 STARS
