Motel 6 quality with a Marriott name attached to it. Uncomfortable beds, unclean rooms, sketchy location, entire hotel smells like urine, poor front desk staff. Reserved and paid for a King suite, but was given a queen sized bed. Asked the front desk about this/what upgrades they had available since I am a Platinum Elite Marriott member, and was told there were no other room options available. Arrived on 9/17 after making a reservation a month before. After waiting for people to check in, I'm informed that my room was sold because they overbooked. I'm still looking at my reservation in the Bonvoy App and so happy I'm a member. No manager was available, I was handed the managers card, and told they had no rooms available. There was no point in talking to the helpless person at the desk. she was obviously at the mercy of poor management. Love this hotel so much! Needed them in a pinch for a local stay and they were more than accommodating. Check in process was smooth and room was upgraded for my loyalty reward with no issue. Room was huge and super clean. The renovations on this property are second to none. My daughter went for a swim and enjoyed the lovely pool area. Will stay here whenever I need a local room. Management is very attentive and reachable for any questions or concerns.
