We are Ambassador Elite level with Marriott. Wall to wall carpet. Sofa bed ridden with MOLD and we could not use due to it literally being able to feel every spring. Look at picture of mattress. When your mattress looks like this…how about bed bugs? They charged me $100 for pet fee? I want a refund. My dogs need a bath now. My dogs are cleaner than this unit. I stayed here from July 31st to November 15th and it was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is always clean. I was honestly surprised they provide housekeeping every day — I stay in a lot of long-stay hotels and since 2020 most places stopped offering daily service. They also offer breakfast every morning, which was super convenient before heading out for the day. Overall the hotel itself is what you would expect. However there were a number of secondary issues. The wifi connection would never work. After talking to the front desk it worked for a couple of days but then even the work around, forgetting the network and signing in fresh again, stopped working. Rather than fix the issue we develop a work around? Then when checking out there is an issue with the credit card. Now, the Bonvoyapp lets me upload card data to the Bonvoy app so I dont have to carry the card around and marriot c... read more

Great pet friendly stay with pleasant walkability for a Braves game! Staff was friendly and helpful and good breakfast. Would book again
