Outstanding new hotel in Old Town Arvada. Only a block away from the historic Arvada full of shops, restaurants and pubs. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

This Residence Inn is beautifully decorated and clean. Lucas, the night clerk, & the maintenance manager were both very helpful and kind. It had a delicious breakfast, a well-equipped fitness room, & fun water structures in the pool for kids. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from across the parking lot. Great location.

We had a wonderful experience at the Residence Inn Arvada. Our suite was clean and spacious .The hotel was pet friendly. The bed was comfortable with many pillows. The location of this hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Great atmosphere and you could catch the train to union station in Denver. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious and had much ti choose from. Cereal, oatmeal, fruit, 2 waffle makers, eggs. You get the idea.
