Overall a nice place. Granted, I don't stay in "extended stay" places very often and the last one was a more no-frills type chain. The breakfast room is very large. The pool seems small at first glance, but we never had a problem with crowding. Ditto for the parking lot -- looks small compared to the size of the building, but never had trouble getting a spot. The kitchenette in our room was just the right size for my family of four to eat in a few nights, and there was a Walmart w/groceries just a couple miles down the road.... read more
I would like to thank Aaron the manager there for going above and beyond! Had booked a room there for 5 days with and when we got there the 3rd party we booked thru had screwed us over. It was very upsetting having drove all the way from outside Dallas-Fort Worth with our handicap family member. Aaron came in got us another hotel set for us all the while being nothing but professional. Then on top of that the residence inn we went to had problems with there ADA access in there pool. I had booked a room for a week long stay at this hotel through Priceline . I was told they booked me a handicap room with a roll in shower. Upon arrival I was informed that we did not have this kind of room. Arron the manager got us the room that we needed at another one of their properties and made sure that everything got taken care of for us to enjoy our stay.
