“At the hotel where I’ve been staying for 25 days, I asked the receptionist for an extra room. Without even looking at me, he said there were none available. I checked the system myself, found an available room, and booked it. Misleading customers and showing such disregard is unacceptable. Management should immediately review the staff’s attitude.”
