The one positive thing about my stay was the staff. Both the employee at check-in and the employee at check-out were very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended. This is clearly a student residence, and the apartment's condition reflects that. The unit, which had two rooms, was quite unpleasant and the kitchen was very poorly equipped. I would recommend it's good value for what you pay. It's no frills but you can't beat the price. Recommendation: Bring a heater they crank the AC! Staff are nice. No bed bugs.
My family and I stayed over last weekend for my son basketball tournament. The room was clean all the staffs was really nice. My son left his powerbank charger in the room after a few hours checkout and receptionist was able to help us find it. Everyone was really friendly and the price was affordable.. If ever I go back, I would definitely stay there..
A Peaceful and Convenient Stay. We were looking for a central location to visit Niagara Falls, Crystal Beach, and Lakeside Park Beach, and this was the perfect spot. The property is very calm and peaceful. Our 2-bedroom suite was clean, spacious, and made for a comfortable stay for two nights.
We had an amazing stay.. staff are amazing nice and helpful especially Sophiia. This place is highly recommended
