This was our second stay here and once again loved it! The rooms are great, service is great, location is a bit out of the way but beautiful scenery. Our trip was cancelled/changed due to the West Jet strike and they we VERY accommodating as far as changing dates and working with us with zero hassle or questions. This made the world of difference in a very disappointing/stressful situation. We will definitely be back and always recommend them!! Thank you so much for another wonderful stay!!
Disgusting place and terrible people
I was going to give a 5 rating due to cleanliness and friendliness of staff, however; When we arrived on Sunday the 16th the thermostat in the room was set to below 13c, see photo. We immediately turned it to 22c and waited for room to warm up. When nothing happened the front desk told us ‘heating’ was turned off for the summer. The only option was to open the windows.
