The place is clean and the front desk attendant was very nice all of them, but I choose the wrong place for my family to stay the beds were small for us family of 5 . Everything else was fine.
Mecheh help us for comfortable stay
While parking isn’t right outside the main entrance there is a huge, safe lot adjacent and parking is free. We did need to purchase dish soap, sponges, and a few dishes to eat off of. No coffee maker but they do offer items for rent. Next time I’ll look into that option. Overall helpful, friendly staff and a nice, quiet spot to sleep and do computer work during the day. Definitely will stay here again. The value and safety component is a welcome addition!
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with a simple booking issue, even though the reservation had just been made and was an honest mistake. Despite already staying at the hotel for the past 8 days, they refused to provide any written confirmation or email regarding the situation and repeatedly told me to contact the booking platform instead of offering any support.
