this isn't a public pool for tons of kids to come and be loud and obnoxious for people that live here and enjoy the peace and quiet atmosphere. the tenant/owner that is allowing the vrbo/air bnb families to be in the pool today should be heavily fined for the disturbance.

DO NOT RENT/BUY HERE. Exterior wall was rotting so they have placed a plastic tarp over the wall to cover the giant gaping hole. It’s been like this for 2 going on 3 months. They destroyed my patio furniture in the process. I can hear everything outside all day and all night on a busy street. Worst experience I’ve ever had living somewhere. Cutting my lease short. After living here for only 3 months. They never close the gate that locks so there is complete public access to the entire building for anyone to walk in, right up... read more
I think I’d have more peace living in Auschwitz than this place. I’ve lived in many places across Florida, and tenants here are by far the WORST. If you enjoy half drunk elderly people watching your every move, screaming at you from balconies, and calling the cops on you for “noise” aka - WALKING in the condo that you pay for at 7pm-than this is the perfect place for you. The HOA natzis are waiting for you!
