I’ve written only one other negative web review in my life - generally I see the positive in most things - but dealing with this title company was an abysmal experience start to finish. I should’ve known at the start when their website was down for certificate violations - a title company (whose core function is to find, verify and certify documents) let its website certificates expire out and they never even noticed? Run, do not walk away from these people.
