I unfortunately hired Aaron Cassan to build something for me and he ended up taking over 10k and he started construction and abandoned it. I had other builders look at it, and they said it was structurally unsound and should be taken down. He also started getting verbally aggressive when I asked for my money back since he hadn’t fulfilled his commitment
