John brown in Townsville did a fantastic job and we had a great experience with him. Prompt and communicative. Very thankful and happy.
didnt check the roof cause it was 'too high', although internal leaks were found. Did not write in the report that the water heater was leaking and damaged the wall and the cabinet around it. I am not going to start a dispute with Qcat. Very poor service, do not recommend.
John was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend his services to everyone!
