I had my inspection done remotely by John Brown, and he delivered outstanding service from start to finish. His report was clear, detailed, and incredibly comprehensive. He checked items that others refused to look at, and his follow‑up call to explain everything made the whole process easy and stress‑free. A true professional and great to work with. Highly recommended.

didnt check the roof cause it was 'too high', although internal leaks were found. Did not write in the report that the water heater was leaking and damaged the wall and the cabinet around it. I am not going to start a dispute with Qcat. Very poor service, do not recommend.
