My partner and I had to replace our entire roof from old cement tiles (that leaked) to a tin roof. Shannon (accounts project manager), Irene and Adrian's install team - where excellent. I never write reviews but they have annoyed me so much I need to. I rang to get a roof inspection on the 4/11. They made a time to come out on the 10/11 at 130pm. At 930 that day I received a text that they would not be able to make it and said they will be out on the 12/11. At least they gave me a few hours notice and I understand things happen.
