Juanita is not a patient To respond to Juanita W. - we are not your Primary Care Physician. Beware, crazy staff! I was to receive a referral to an orthopedic dr. When I called back to find out about the referral there was confusion with his office staff. A woman then proceeded to tell me they couldn't give me a referral. She was consued about tricare-prime and standard. I am standard. She thought they only saw prime and standard has to be seen on Post. Which, the opposite is true, as Prime is generally seen on post only. Happy patient I thought I only had a cold and a possible flu- Dr. Tharakan took care of me and it turned out I was suffering from pnemonea after Dr. David Tharakan evaluated me and ordered a chest x-ray. I didn't have to wait long at all and the staff were really friendly. The electronic medical recording system is really advanced. My antibiotics were waiting for me in the pharmacy through eprescribing when the visit was done.
