I voiced that felt like I was not being heard and felt neglected multiple times. I do not EVER ask for help and when I do, there is always some reason she will not help. And I have also complained several times about how long it takes their office to get back in touch with me. Generally speaking, when I call and leave a message, I myself have to follow up on it or I have to wait three days before I might hear back from them.
