I contacted this office as a potential new patient to verify whether my insurance would cover services before scheduling. The office provided CPT codes, which I appreciated, but when I contacted my insurance company, they explained that coverage for registered dietitian services depends heavily on the diagnostic code submitted and whether prior authorization may be required. Dr.Sharlene and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. My only complaint is that they don’t do a general practice. A staff and physician like them would make anyone feel comfortable about going to the doctor.
