Honestly the worst experience ever. Yeah Lee fixed my car, but I’ve had to go back a couple of times because things had been missed and on top the car had a scuff on the back which wasn’t there when I gave him the car. All I did was chase him up constantly because on his side the customer service was non existent. I’ve had to take a few days off work due to having to go back to the garage for him to do bits on the car that should have been done the first time when I gave him my car. I had a slight accident… Lee and his team did an absolutely amazing job. The car looks like a brand new showroom vehicle. A superb job. Highly recommended and reasonably affordable price. Thanks again to Lee and his team.

Really bad service , I'm quite disappointed as I went in for a quote and they took pics of the bodywork and then failed to get back to me so after numerous calls to them with promises to respond to me by that day snd of course this not being the case , I just gave up! I feel that if it was busy as you said in your response, you should just say that you can't provide a quote this week etc and offer an alternative, which you haven't ! that way you avoid losing custom and avoid customer dissatisfaction.
