I went to check out this place and unfortunately felt very insecure and unsafe. The main door was open and there was no one at the reception, apparently the reception desk is not always manned. The gym floor was empty. Anyone could have walked in at any point. It is at the back of some units and poorly sign posted. And I can foresee parking could be an issue. An easy solution would be to have a code lock at the main door and the members given the code. Unfortunately not for me!
Not enough machines or space in general, mainly for classes. I didn’t like the environment that much either. The admin were unhelpful towards trying to end my membership rather than refund me my money after I told them I was cancelling it and charge me the next month they said I could use the gym another month instead and that was the only way.
Love this place a lot. I have been to this gym from 2021. All the instructors including Ruby are very friendly and welcoming always. Always encourage to come and workout in the gym. Lots of sessions are available for workouts. Everyone looks happy here.
Ruby was so Lovely and kind and supportive will definitely continue coming here as much as possible ❤️❤️
