During the tasting event, we were given the best naans. And were told by the organizer he was a Sai baba bhakt- “i never do bad things”. The organizer did not and will not remember what was agreed beforehand. If we remind him- he shouted at us during the event in front of our guests. We asked the dinner should be served by 8pm,he said DONE. Till 9pm- food was not served. White rice was not available till end of dinner, they were bringing each item very very slow. In June we had a Celebration of Life at the Resham Event Center. We planned it with the owner, Aman. He went out of his way to help us with everything from start to finish. The center was clean and his crew set up a place for the band, places for drinks and food to be served and even tables for our decorations and guest book. Aman met with us several times before the event to show us the facilities. And he even let us in the night before to decorate and refrigerate our food and drinks.
