As someone with multiple autoimmune diseases and thus a lot of inflammation, I’ve been looking for somewhere local to explore holistic medicine to use in conjunction with my doctor-prescribed medication and infusions. My mom and I decided to try out halotherapy, and I’m so glad we did! We loved the experience, the aroma therapy, the heat, and we genuinely felt more relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I look forward to coming back and exploring other services!

This place is the place to go for wellness. The Halo Therapy Sauna is amazing! Lots of other options including massage to accompany your wellness journey as well. I highly recommend Reset Wellness. The ladies are very friendly and informative.
Loved it very comfortable environment amy made the experience for me and my husband wonderful felt so relaxed also loved the halo salt therapy and sauna also 💯 recommend!
