I made an appointment for an 80 minute deep tissue massage, which was confirmed in their system. I arrive 29 minutes early for my massage and waited. One other person came in with an appointment scheduled at the same time as me but with someone different. Another person came in with an appointment at the same time with the person I scheduled in the system. This customer said she came in earlier in the day to make the appointment.
