Everyone’s circumstances are different but I had an outstanding experience at this facility and this process. Natalie and Dr. Grieve do a thorough job at explaining the benefits, and I never felt rushed. The facility is clean, comfortable and very safe. In working with Natalie, I felt I was dealing with an experienced professional who I trusted with my care. I believe strong mental health is our own personal responsibility, but this is a great team to have on your side.
The only issue I have that I was not informed of prior to my first treatment appointment was that if your heart rate is raised, regardless of whether you are in a rest state or not, we won't move forward. Never suggested before your appointment to try to be in a calm rest state; otherwise, it could affect your heart rate.
