I added my information for an iv appointment including my address and phone number. I promptly received an email that they were not available in my area. When I asked clarifying questions they were prompt but unclear. I do not believe they have any nurses available in LA at this time. I'd suggest not wasting your time with this company.

I’ve been using Reset IV for the past few years. This review would be 5 stars but it’s recently become clear that they don’t care about their clients, especially loyal ones. The nurse we always use, Bryant, is amazing but the company is focused on profit over client experience. Specifically, they recently switched their catheter supply to a product that’s used for drawing blood instead of providing IV fluids. I used Reset IV for the first time in Beverly Hills post-op. Giselle was such a pleasure to chat with while she did my IV. Highly recommend her! 💜

We had an amazing experience with our RN Elizabeth after realizing we had food poisoning. She was such a calming presence and so patient when our toddler and dog decided they needed to be right with us for the treatment. It was so easy to book, and she arrived so quickly after we made the request. I absolutely hate needles but the practitioner can make all the difference. This was a lifesaver for us when we didn’t know how we’d make it through the day! Highly recommend, worth every penny.
