First of all such a great location. Very clean, awesome staff and they know their place in the mattress world. If you need a mattress in the hurst location definitely come here! PS. You might be surprised how fast you will get your new mattress set delivered . Highly Recommended!
They would not exchange my pillows without upselling me and getting me to spend another $100. Amazon sells the same pillows they sell at half the price. They also never pick up the phone so it’s difficult to get in touch unless you personally come to the store. I’m not going to shop here again. Buyers beware. I honestly think this is a scam store as you can see all the reviews are only 5 stars or nothing. That is quite suspicious in itself.
If I could give no stars I would. BEWARE!!!!! This company is not legit. Spent 8,100 and no email about anything. The website is a joke and they bed for your identification to hurry up to get a sell. I called to cancel within 20 mins of the purchased once I seen how fake the warranty really is. If you don’t want the hassle or the headaches you have been warned.
