This program really works. Both my husband and I followed the program. He has lost 30lbs. And off all his meds. I have lost 25lbs. and feel wonderful! It’s a lifetime program that educates as you go along. Gives you sound reasons for everything you do and why you do it for better health!!
Easily understood, easy to follow common sense approach to regaining your health. Physically, mentally and emotionally. Support from staff is timely and educated, support from other Reset 'family members' is unparalleled. I only wish I had found this lifestyle sooner, I haven't felt or looked this well in years. Reset Health is an amazing company with extremely patient, loving and very educated people who own it...Dr. Ban Truong, Van Vu and Ryan Hughes.
