Before starting my sessions I called to make sure they took my insurance and that my co-pay would just be $20. They confirmed this through email and then after two sessions said oops it's actually gonna be over $90 instead of $20. So then I owed them $186.00 this place is a joke. Do not believe them on any billing info 👍🏽
I went to their website to schedule adult ADHD testing. Went through their website and scheduled it. When the time came they said I'd scheduled for therapy instead of ADHD testing (which I know I did not because when I went back to schedule the testing it asked me the exact same questions again). If you're a woman or POC, prob not the best place to get tested. Initial process took 3 months of waiting for an appointment. A few days before my first intake appointment, I was notified I'd also be getting tested for ADHD at no additional cost. Odd because I was mainly wanted to get tested for autism, fine. The only service I’ve received with Reset is ADHD testing, but it was a really positive experience. I loved that I was able to schedule right away online, which was so much easier for me than waiting to hear back from other offices. The providers were all thorough and kind. I appreciated the detailed report at the end. A good experience, especially with something I was feeling so anxious about.
