After being so disappointed with the major chains, Reservoir Spectacles took the time and care to make sure my script was spot on. The team is kind, thoughtful, and genuinely goes the extra mile to explain everything clearly. I brought in a pretty oddly shaped pair of frames and they fitted the lenses perfectly. Hands down the best optometrists I've been to in 30 years.

I have been a patient of Reservoir Spectacle and Darebin Optical for over 3 years. They are independent and local businesses. John is dedicated, caring, and pays attention to detail. I liked the rest of the crew, but I specifically mentioned Shyan, whose customer service skills are A1, and her product knowledge is extensive. She recommends what’s best for their customers.
