The medical staff I have dealt with since moving to Reservoir Medical Group have been amazing. Drs. Lyndall Cowley & Frank C. are fabulous, caring, considerate & knowledgeable. I havent found the recent changes to reception positive at all. The staff often come across as unhappy & rude. Perhaps they feel this comes across as professional, when in fact, as the first point of call to the practice, I find it cold & uncaring. The previous staff were smiling & helpful. My partner wasn’t a patient but he fainted and had skin discolouration so we came in to see if they could help. They were fully booked but made time with the nurse to see him. Such fantastic care and customer experience (especially when it would’ve been easy to say “not our patient, not our problem”). The doctor on duty came and helped in between other appointments whilst the nurse did tests and made sure he was okay. I have been going there for 25 years and my regular doctor is Dr I Yap. She is amazing. I have been seeing her for 6 years. She really cares, she is professional and loves to have a laugh. Thank you Dr yap for everything you have done for me. ❤️
Had my first experience with this medical group and everyone was most pleasant and helpful. I saw Dr Eileen Yap and she was welcoming, engaged and encouraging and offered other holistic solutions to problems as possible options to be considered. A very friendly, caring doctor.The receptionists were extremely pleasant on the day and with follow up interactions. It is so nice to find a good clinic close to home. Thank you to all involved.
