Low tier Medical group. Perfect if you have time to burn as they rarely run on a good schedule. (Consistently late for Telehealths and in person appointments) Also love to charge a customer for almost any attendance. $90 for a 5 minute call on normal results they insisted on providing. Lots of room for improvement.
Not worth the money (around 90$ an appointment) between medication errors and appointments not going through - I’d go somewhere else.
The medical staff I have dealt with since moving to Reservoir Medical Group have been amazing. Drs. Lyndall Cowley & Frank C. are fabulous, caring, considerate & knowledgeable. I havent found the recent changes to reception positive at all. The staff often come across as unhappy & rude. Perhaps they feel this comes across as professional, when in fact, as the first point of call to the practice, I find it cold & uncaring. The previous staff were smiling & helpful. My partner wasn’t a patient but he fainted and had skin discolouration so we came in to see if they could help. They were fully booked but made time with the nurse to see him. Such fantastic care and customer experience (especially when it would’ve been easy to say “not our patient, not our problem”). The doctor on duty came and helped in between other appointments whilst the nurse did tests and made sure he was okay.
