Watching walk ins get served & leave while I wait over an hour for my pre booked appointment, only to be told I was supposed to see the other doctor. Of course this is on a Friday when I can’t get any other appointments for a medical certificate I need today. I’m not surprised they have signs asking customers not to abuse staff. If you have to put a sign like that up in the first place….ect
The worse experience, tried multiple doctors and all of them are the same at this place- dont waste your time here
Do not see the Dr Li-Chen. She very blunt, unhelpful and shows no interest in patients needs. It’s the third time I’ve had this experience. shows zero care even for pregnant patients avoid.
Great reception team makes up for poor drs consult with Dr Hassani. Demeaning and uneducated in our discussion. As a new patient, no details were gathered to understand a holistic view of my current health or future needs. Disappointed
