I’ve done CrossFit for 4 years now, and this is gym has been one of my best experiences. Such a caring staff, great coaches, and encouraging of all skill levels! You will feel supported to move forward in your fitness journey and not shamed for where you are. Plus, they have killer merch and always have some sweet snacks and supplements for purchase. If you’re in the metro area, gotta check it out!
Awesome gym with great people and upbeat positive attitude. This is not a gym that takes itself too seriously, and knows what is truly important! The owner Lee genuinely cares about his members and takes time to help them reach their own personal goals. Truly feels like a family. many different class options and scaled athletes are more than welcome. Give it a shot and try a free week, you wont regret it!
