The neighbors are awesome, but the company by far the worst, they charge an HOA fee for nothing, nothing has been done for all the money they are asking. And when you ask them for a gate remote or card for the park they charge you for that as well. With all the money I am wasting paying them the HOA fee the gate and park keys should be included, because I am not seeing anything it's going to.
