We used ReserveIT Luxury Transportation Services for our wedding on 9/13/2025 and was absolutely pleased with our services ! We booked 3 sprinters, 1 limo and 1 black car for our wedding with three different pick up locations and NO MISHAPS occurred!!. The communication during the entire process was easy and amazing! Mr. Osiris checked in with me up until 12 hours before my wedding making sure everything was in place and order for our special day! I had NO worries my entire day and forever grateful !!!! I have used ReserveIT 3 times for my past trips out of Jacksonville Airport. Each time, Osiris was our driver. He was punctual, supremely friendly, pleasant, and the ultimate professional. His vehicle was clean and spacious and had bottled water for us on hand. He assisted with our luggage and got us to the airport on time. On one trip, our return flight was delayed several times but Osiris monitored our flight and was waiting for us at the airport after an 8+ hour delay. This is my second time using ReserveIt. They were really great throughout the entire process. The Drivers were wonderful and vehicles were top of the line. There were nine of us so we took a black luxury Sprinter to a concert and it was amazing. Reclining leather massage chairs, waters, music, AC controls, and lighting options. Not to mention usb and regular plug outlets for the workaholic like me. I will continue to use them wherever needed. Highly recommend!! Thank you Moe we had a great night!
