On hold for 40 minutes so far have not gotten to anyone. They are claiming my sons injury was previous paid and it was not. And tomorrow they will issue a check for 0.00 unless i can get a hold of someone. 42 minutes on hold so far.
This is a horrible insurance company!!! Their customer service is horrible and not compassionate at all!!!!!!! I lost my son and I was three days past the grace period and they canceled my sister‘s policy and would not renew it either after being with the company for 23 years. When this company was Kemper Life Insurance it was awesome!!! My sister has Down Syndrome and I am her guardian and her only caretaker.
