Gave blood,sweat, and tears for 3 years and gave a formal two week notice, didn’t get a single thank you or even a good bye from the owner. Employee turnover is extremely high—most people leave within weeks or a few months. The company is understaffed, especially with doctors, resulting in long patient wait times and constant complaints. Very nice staff and doctor
Everyone was friendly, professional. The appointment was informative, including getting my ears cleaned, which helps. The support staff did a very good job cleaning and installing my aids. The new earpieces work much better than the ones I was using.
Was referred to this office by my insurance and honestly didn't like the fact that I couldn't choose my audiologist. I couldn't have been more pleased with my first visit! The minute we walked in the door everyone made us feel welcome. Chris was phenomenal, honest, straight-forward, witty and knowledgeable. Cannot wait to get my hearing aids!!
I bring my sister to your stow location she’s 63 and has had a stroke so she is sometimes hard to understand but the folks at this office are awesome she just loves them. Only place she will go thanks guys
