had my appointment at the Brook Park, Ohio office. The audiologist was very kind and professional — she took the measurements for my hearing aids and told me they would call me once they were ready. After waiting almost three weeks, I called and was told the manufacturer was delayed. I kept waiting, left several messages over the next month, and finally was told that my insurance had not responded. Very friendly front desk receptionist. The audiologist Vanessa was friendly and efficient. Told me about the issues and procedures. Fast service and solved my issue where there is a small piece of soap in my ear tunnel. She also cleared my other ear’s dirt. Which was a bonus. Finally she cleaned and change my wax guard. AWESOME staff! They Eplained everything step by step and results of my test, and when my earning aids will arrive! Very friendly and polite staff! I'm looking forward to receive my hearing aids. .. I've received my hearing aids! Brittany & Mr. Fox are AMAZING! They both are very polite, caring, friendly and sincerely listened to me, when I had a question.
The audiologist, Pete, was very helpful. He changed the small piece that covers the hearing instrument (the part that enters the ear) because he said that the one I had was too small. He was friendly and told me to return with any problems. The receptionist (Lisa?) was very friendly as well. We do our hearing aid business here because of my husbands UAW insurance plan, but the doctor, although very nice, is spread so thin between his multiple offices that I have not actually seen him the last 6 times I've been there. Multiple functionality problems with my hearing aids and EXTREMELY long turn-around time for repairs has me on the look-out for another hearing facility. I do not recommend.
