I don't like giving bad reviews but, The employees of this company show total disrespect for handicapped people. I take my wife to appointments in the complex where they are headquartered. There are almost always company trucks parked illegally in the handicapped parking spots. Sometimes three wide. This blocks the only ramp opening to the sidewalk. Yesterday there was only one truck but it was parked in the zone between the marked handicapped spots making it impossible to use those two parking places. I have complained to P... read more

In 2019 when we bought our home and service on issues was great. In 2022, the builder is bigger and has no regard for the community or rules in the development he builds in. I can only assume the new “I bigger than the rules” attitude transitions to all faucets of the company.

They were right on time with the appointment I scheduled. They answered all my questions. They are very well organized and very personable. I believe once you chose them to build, they will treat you excellent and build your home perfectly. I felt welcome during our meeting and they treated me like family. When the time is right, I will choose them first.

Great builder. Smaller company, but focuses on quality and service much more than larger track builders.
