I've been at the reserve at Tranquility Lake for about a little bit over a month and my experience has been wonderful. The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. From the application process through moving in, Alexis has taken the time to work me through everything, offer help when needed to submit paperwork, and work expeditiously making the moving process smooth and stress-free. Living at Reserve at Tranquility Lake has been an incredible experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the property is consistently clean and peaceful. It truly feels like a serene retreat.
As soon as I can, I’ll be moving out. The staff, Jaimie, is rude, and the price doesn’t justify it. There are other apartments nearby that offer better value. They have a friendlier staffing team, and their valet trash service actually comes during the scheduled hours instead of leaving trash outside for days. If I could give this apartment complex negative stars I would.
Me and my husband are very happy when we decided to live here , it was very quiet and peaceful. My kids love it . The amenities and hospitality are very on point .
