Do not rent here unless you want them to steal your money and walk in on you without notice. After I moved out, I received no communication from them. No returned deposit or list of “damages.” 3 months later I was contacted by COLLECTIONS for unexplained charges from the Reserve. When I asked the manager for proof of the charges and explanation, she said they would look into it and never followed up. My sister-in-law resides here, and we visited while I was preparing my son to go to the pool. By preparing, I mean unloading my toddler, who had recently been discharged from the hospital, and dressing his head due to a head injury sustained from a fall earlier today. I had the most awesome & easy going application process at the Reserve on Saratoga. Amanda made this process so easy and I’m blown away by the cleanliness of this property & how beautiful the up keeping is. I’m so happy with my new apartment thank you Amanda for going above and beyond for me. Your awesome
DO NOT MOVE IN THERE ARE MICE AND GERMAN ROACHES IN MAJORITY UNITS WE SWITCHED TO 3 APARTMENTS AND EVEN THE 3RD FLOOR HAD THEM AND ANTS!!!!!! Pest control would NEVER SHOW UP! OFFICE STAFF DID NOT HELP I WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT DOG POOP AS WELL ALWAYS BEING AT MY DOOR STEP OR AT MY GARAGE AND NOTHING WOULD BE DONE WHEN I TOLD THEM WHERE IT WAS COMING FROM! Amanda the Manager was awesome. Accommodated to my Daughters needs and had her well being in mind . She is definitely someone that listens and does her best to accommodate whatever the situation may be
