Management sucks I’m out of town working. I keep calling them and no one answers. Been 3 days I call all day they send me to voicemail. I even emailed them and no response. Don’t go to these apartments
Noah, replaced my water heater today and the professionalism and courtesy I received was greatly appreciated. The staff here are really good people.
Absolutely DO NOT move here. We walked into an apartment that was filthy and completely unlivable. There was pet feces left behind from previous tenants, a horrible lingering smell, and it was clearly not move in ready. This is beyond unacceptable it’s a health hazard. I have a 2-year-old child and am pregnant. No parent should ever be handed keys to an apartment in those conditions. Management is extremely unprofessional. UPDATE: Really thought I would be positively editing as the last couple conversations I had seemed to be very productive. Thought things were being resolved regarding the marijuana smell that reeks my apartment making clothes and furniture smell. Was told it was figured out and had a good week of no smell, smell returned and now was told “there’s nothing they can do about marijuana smell” as the front desk woman shrugged her shoulders and now we suddenly don’t know where it is coming from after I was told they did a couple w... read more
I highly recommend The Reserve for your next apartment. Amanda is amazing at what she does. Irene is awesome as well. You won’t regret living here.
