Moved into my apartment and the unit I moved into was not 100% ready. When I toured the apartment maintenance was still working on the A/C, and fixing the apartment. After moving in I started discussing things that were damaged over the time. I put in maintenance for my smoke detector and it took 2 weeks to get it replaced after calling over and over. i have been a resident since 2017. angela & her staff are friendly & understanding. the maintenance team is efficient. most of my work orders have been completed within a day. because of the pandemic, we are spending so much more time at home. i’m glad that i have a peaceful home with beautiful surroundings where i feel safe otherwise work from home would be a nightmare. update: i’m sad that i have to write this but the property has changed drastically over the years. as a longtime resident, it’s disappointing to see high tu... read more
Do not rent here unless you want them to steal your money and walk in on you without notice. After I moved out, I received no communication from them. No returned deposit or list of “damages.” 3 months later I was contacted by COLLECTIONS for unexplained charges from the Reserve. When I asked the manager for proof of the charges and explanation, she said they would look into it and never followed up. My sister-in-law resides here, and we visited while I was preparing my son to go to the pool. By preparing, I mean unloading my toddler, who had recently been discharged from the hospital, and dressing his head due to a head injury sustained from a fall earlier today. I had the most awesome & easy going application process at the Reserve on Saratoga. Amanda made this process so easy and I’m blown away by the cleanliness of this property & how beautiful the up keeping is.
