Noah, replaced my water heater today and the professionalism and courtesy I received was greatly appreciated. The staff here are really good people.
Absolutely DO NOT move here. We walked into an apartment that was filthy and completely unlivable. There was pet feces left behind from previous tenants, a horrible lingering smell, and it was clearly not move in ready. This is beyond unacceptable it’s a health hazard. I have a 2-year-old child and am pregnant. No parent should ever be handed keys to an apartment in those conditions. Management is extremely unprofessional. UPDATE: Really thought I would be positively editing as the last couple conversations I had seemed to be very productive. Thought things were being resolved regarding the marijuana smell that reeks my apartment making clothes and furniture smell. Moved into my apartment and the unit I moved into was not 100% ready. When I toured the apartment maintenance was still working on the A/C, and fixing the apartment. After moving in I started discussing things that were damaged over the time. I put in maintenance for my smoke detector and it took 2 weeks to get it replaced after calling over and over.
