The complex is fine. Not a lot of natural sunlight in the units. Many neighbors are rude and disrespectful.
The HOA fees have increased dramatically forcing many tenants and homeowners of lower/middle income out, likely by design. Much like the rest of Santa Fe, you will not find affordable housing here.
This complex is run by highly talented and responsible staff. Every year they find ways to enhance the looks and operation -- always upgrading and replacing. It is very safe and quiet. I think it is the best in Santa Fe. Put me down as a very happy condo owner.
I’ve owned a condo here for five years and have always been impressed by how well it’s run. (Shoutout to Rosa, who’s still there, and Nick, who I miss dearly.) This year, we received a new property manager who is an absolute nightmare.
