Love this complex. So close to everything and the grounds are beautiful. Very well kept and managed.
The new manager, Dave, is EXCELLENT, highly professional and knowledgeable with condo association management training and certification. He has gone above and beyond to improve the experience of living here, making it a socially and financially healthy concern. On-sight management and maintenance staff are responsive and thorough. The complex is fine. Not a lot of natural sunlight in the units. Many neighbors are rude and disrespectful.
The HOA fees have increased dramatically forcing many tenants and homeowners of lower/middle income out, likely by design. Much like the rest of Santa Fe, you will not find affordable housing here.
