Despite spacious units and affordable rent, the property suffers from underutilized amenity spaces and poor pool maintenance, indicating a need for better operational management to maximize the building's potential.
Jessie, Katie and the team are so helpful. This community feels like home. Maintenance is quick, trash pickup is efficient and the community stays clean. I would highly recommend this complex.

The management team here is so friendly, professional, and willing to help! Even with questions from someone who is not a resident. This team has been supportive and ATTENTIVE. If their resident experience is anything like their service I can see why people enjoy living here!
