If I could zero stars I would, this place was a nightmare when I lived here they called me and asked was I still staying in my apt since I was not there for a couple of weeks and I told them no I would be moving out they went in on the last day of the month and changed the locks on the apartment so I could not get my items out and when it went into the first they did try to charge me for a another month. The rooms at Reserves at Richard are very nice and roomy. The bedrooms are very big and have their own bathrooms. Nice and large pool for entertainment.
Reception staff service is not good .im had apartment here but I can’t get parking permit to park my car they saying park from visitor parking. For why I need to park from visitor parking.they need to arrange that .here service is very bad.im coming here in office for a week even today they saying they need to wait for manager but manager not here at all the time this reception staff are very bad & no one here to help the they are customer.they keep waiting and make me round every day.this property management is very bad.
Security is always present. Great amenities, such as a gym and pool. Quick drive to PVAMU, less than 10 minutes. Good prices for rent.
Great for first time renters. Affordable and quiet area.
