Great! The community is inviting, and the office staff is helpful and welcoming. Everything is clean and well-kept, and it's in a great area of town. I couldn't think of anything to improve the experience.
Great community & responsive management. I truly enjoy the aesthetic of the entire complex and there are frequent "get together" events held by the Reserve. I am close to every type of shop without feeling like I am surrounded and overwhelmed by commercial entities.
The location and amenities are very good, and the rent is slightly lower than other apartments in this area.The size and overall appearance of my apartment were great, and I would probably have given 5 stars if not for the pest control issues. The building I was in had a definite roach infestation. A pest control fee is charged monthly, but I ended up having to buy and implement my own methods of pest control inside the apartment to deal with the roaches. During peak heat months, I would find 1-2 large roaches every single d... read more
