This 5 star is strictly to the maintenance staff. Great response to my maintenance request sent via member portal. Randy and Davon super helpful and friendly. Just recently I put in a request to replace light in my main bedroom closet. Davon responsed same day as my maintenance request was submitted. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to replace my old light with a new light.
