Since day one of starting the leasing process to 4 months of residency, the Reserve has been an amazing to live! The staff are very courteous and helpful in every aspect and the apartment itself is beautiful. Couldn’t be happier!
I have been living at Reserve at Hamburg for a year now and could not be happier with the staff and the ammenities here. Staff in the office are very helpful and kind, and the campus is very well kept and cared for. Couldn't recommend this place enough for folks looking to move to the Hamburg area.
Strategically located in the Hamburg area of Lexington, this place gives you access to grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Even though it is just off Man O'War, this is place is quiet enough in the evening to give one a peace of mind. Also, the entire property just underwent some renovations recently like getting new appliances, sinks, and countertops that makes you feel like you are staying at a nice hotel.
I have enjoyed living here! The gym is nice & the pool is beautiful in the summer. I love our pond view, it makes me feel like I’m not in the middle of a big city. We have peace and quiet. They recently renovated our apartment and we love it! We are happy to call the Reserve home!
The Reserve at Hamburg Apartment Homes has truly been a fantastic place to live! It’s especially ideal for University of Kentucky students, with a convenient and quick commute to campus. The environment here is very student-friendly, making it a great off-campus option that’s still close enough to get to class easily.
