The perfect apartment for me! I fell in love with it after 1 visit. I do miss Beth though, I think that was her name. Literally the only thing I wish this apartment came with is a washer and dryer unit.
Oh wow! Response to maintenance concerns is wonderful. Completed within 12 hours of filing a request. The guy was very nice, quick, courteous and professional.
They over charge for everything and you’re guaranteed not to get your deposit back even if there are no issues found. Real bad break-ins on the property; Three days after living in these apartments, my car got broken into and the property or management did nothing about it; It’s honestly not worth the price anymore.
Great place to live until you have a maintenance issue. In the middle of my two years living there, the property was sold to a new management company and a lot got lost in the transition. My dryer broke about a month before the sale and I ultimately went nearly six months without a dryer due to a lack of communication and confusing answers. Where to start… for over $1700 a month I would’ve expected NOT to have to hear the sound of the person living above me urinating or to be able to smell his shampoo/body wash through the vents when he used the shower. Not only that….I was genuinely shocked and disappointed by how my move-out was handled at The Reserve at Hamburg. At move-out, I was told the property manager was not required to conduct a walk-through with me to review any potential damages. Upon requesting one, I was met with contempt.
