Clean apartments for the most part. Parking options are VERY limited for building 8. Update: its non stop with guests showing up and stealing parking spots. They should be required to park at the clubhouse and walk or be picked up by whoever is inviting them over.

Lived at the reserve and Hamburg for 5 years and the last two since the new management company took over was horrible. They will see you to death and charge you fees for everything and anything. I had to live without an air conditioner for for weeks in the middle of the summer and the management company so little concerned about getting it fixed in a timely manner. I do not recommend leasing at the reserve in Hamburg and at all costs I highly avoid staying away from the apartment manager as she as fake as they come. The firs... read more
