PSA!! These people want you to make 6x the rent in order to live here. That’s insane!! If I was making 6x the rent then I’d definitely be in the market for an actual home and not an apartment. Smh it feels like they’re trying to keep a certain demographic out (which sucks btw). Had I known beforehand I wouldn’t even have wasted my time nor money applying.
I highly recommend Erin for anyone looking to lease a property in the cordova area.What truly set Erin apart was their deep knowledge of the property and the surrounding neighborhood. She was able to answer every question I had about the unit features, community amenities, and the local area without hesitation. She didn't just show me the apartment she made sure I understood the value of the entire living experience. She’s a great person to work with !
Cyerra is literally the best!!!! I was so thankful to work with her. Even after my move in, she’s still super helpful. The complex is nice and the maintenance staff are amazing!
