I have lived here twice 20 years ago I loved this complex. It was clean, parking was good. Noise was minimal. I moved back in 5 years ago, at first it was great still however over the last 5 years, the management does nothing and I mean nothing, my leases have been late, I didn't even sign one this year, just got an intent to continue leasing with new rental rate, rent has gone up $100 month for the last few years. Awesome place to live.Great staff,maintenance is great.This is a nice neighborhood.The grounds is also clean.I’m enjoying to my new home.

El lugar es tranquilo, el costo es asequible, en cuanto a eso no tengo quejas, excepto en que cuando se daña algo; tardan hasta semanas en venir a reparar. Lo demás está bien

I want to share my experience living here at the Reserve at Castle Highlands in Castle Rock, CO. My little dog Sissy and I moved in the early part of October 2021. Rosa, manager and Carlos, assistant, have been so kind and helpful. If I come across a maintenance issue, Rosa or Carlos enter a work order request and the issue is taken care of very quickly and accurately. I just recently enjoyed meeting a couple of my neighbors. This is a nice neighborhood. I'm really enjoying my new home.
