I want to share my experience living here at the Reserve at Castle Highlands in Castle Rock, CO. My little dog Sissy and I moved in the early part of October 2021. Rosa, manager and Carlos, assistant, have been so kind and helpful. If I come across a maintenance issue, Rosa or Carlos enter a work order request and the issue is taken care of very quickly and accurately. I just recently enjoyed meeting a couple of my neighbors. This is a nice neighborhood. I'm really enjoying my new home.
I wanted to rate this place “0”. I moved on 7/2024 and had to move out. Took me till 10/3/2024 to find a place I could afford and move. The place was filthy. The refrigerator leaked and the bottom shelf froze and the dishwasher was covered in rust the trap was full of bugs hair and dirt Took 3 weeks before anyone came and looked at appliances. They fixed the leak but the freezer never worked properly. The dishwasher was worst. I called and no one ever called me back or came back. After 2 weeks off moving there I started gett... read more
