I currently live in the complex, management Ms. Tammy very professional, responsive. Throughout my years going on 7 if needed any maintenance issues they always came in a timely manner , elementary school is in the neighborhood . If your looking for apartment , call in to see availability !!
I lived here for 8 years. Only reason I moved was to be closer to family. In the 8 years I never had a major issue. Just the routine maintenance. Charlie was always very prompt. Usually same day service. Tammy in the office was above and beyond professional, and became family. She cares not only about the property, but you as an individual. She helped me through life issues as well. During COVID I couldn't of been more pleased with all the efforts the staff took. Wiping down railings and laundry room at least twice a day. Great place to live and Management takes great care of their residents . Tammy , the property manager is awesome ! Charlie, the maintenance guy is the Best !
I wouldn't recommend living there I lived there for 4 years I've had more rashes and allergies than ever I left the apartment spotless and she did everything she could to find some way to keep some of my. deposit money I don't like crooks I could use vulgar language but I won't
