Easy application, responsive managers on and off site. Repairs and maintenance come in timely manner. Loving the place so far ❣️
I have lived here for many a long year, and I can say without hesitation that this apartment complex has gone straight downhill since they changed property managers. Ever since the new one, Daniel, took over, things have fallen into a terrible state. He does precious little around here, and it shows. There are vacancies everywhere, folks packing up and leaving one after another. Horrible place to live unless you like the smell of weed, broken laundry/dryers, limited parking because 5 people live in a single apartment taking up 5 parking slots, annoying neighbors playing loud music throughout the night/day, dog poop all over the place, an unresponsive property manager, and kids screaming throughout the apartment complex.
This is a very fun place for the whole family.
